You know that your life could be so much more than what it is. Despite all of your outward success, there is that nagging feeling that you could feel so much better. This might have played out in destructive behaviours, dark thoughts or even physical symptoms. My mission is to help you discover the causes of your discontent, and put you on the right path to your future wellbeing and happiness.
I work on both bodies and minds. I am a practising psychotherapist, and have also worked for over a decade coaching people with their physical health. I am a former teacher, and it seems no matter the method, teaching humans is what I do! I have walked my own dark and difficult path and bring this deep empathy and wisdom into the work I do helping others.
