About Me
For most of my adult life, I’ve been dedicated to coaching and teaching, as a secondary school teacher, a health and fitness coach, and as a therapist and life coach.
For decades, I allowed childhood trauma and the resulting false beliefs to dictate the direction of my life. I hid deep-seated body-image issues and low self-worth through external achievements and excessive control over my body, which led to an eating disorder, steroid abuse, increased anxiety and addictions.
Despite receiving external validation for my body and my achievements, I hadn’t yet discovered the true freedom of self-love, the balance and contentment of a healthy life, or the limitless opportunities that come with genuine self-belief.
Everything changed for me when I decided to do the work and go on a path of real healing. Through a solution-driven, future-focused approach to therapy, I was able to not only address past traumas but also envision and create a future full of possibility. Most importantly, I discovered one profound truth: everything you need to create the life you desire is already within you.
Inspired by this, I decided this is what I wanted to give back to the world, and in 2021, I qualified as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Coach at the Quest Institute in London.
Today, I live nomadically, working online with clients from all over the world to help them find freedom, empowerment, and purpose in their lives.

Therapeutic Coaching blends the best of both worlds: the forward-focused momentum of coaching and the transformative depth of therapy.
Great coaching helps you gain clarity on who you are, what truly matters to you, and what you want to create for yourself—both now and in the future. Meanwhile, great therapy helps you explore how your past has shaped you, heal from those experiences, and reframe old narratives in ways that serve you better today.
Therapeutic Coaching combines these two approaches, allowing us to work together on both the present and the past. While coaching emphasises setting a vision for your future and taking actionable steps in the present, therapy helps to uncover and address the beliefs and patterns rooted in your past that may be holding you back.

If you’re dedicated to making changes but prefer a more flexible approach, or if you have a specific issue you’d like to address, I offer options that don’t require a long-term commitment. These sessions allow you to work with me as needed, ensuring you receive the support that fits your current situation.
Therapeutic Coaching
Therapeutic Coaching sessions are available in flexible blocks, allowing you to progress at your own pace. In each 1-1 session, we will get clear on what changes you want to make in your life, clear the obstacles to that change, and implement new ways of moving forward in your life. Each session will be followed-up with tailored activities for you to reinforce the work we do together in the sessions. This flexible approach allows you to book sessions at times and intervals that suit your schedule and needs.
Health Mentoring
Health Mentoring is a unique monthly subscription service that empowers you to take charge of your own health and fitness journey. Unlike traditional fitness coaching, this approach focuses on giving you the tools and knowledge to plan, monitor, and achieve your goals independently, while drawing on my decades of experience in the fitness industry to inform and support your ongoing progress.
